Jean is an experienced Reward and Human Resources professional with more than 20 years experience working with clients to deliver results through engaging, motivating and reward employees.  She has worked with aged care and other community care providers for more than 15 years, identifying their unique challenges and opportunities.  In her work with Aon Jean has a focus on working across the whole organisation to identify, manage and reduce risk through helping our clients use our work in Assessment and Reward to have the right people doing the right things to deliver great results for the business and their customers.
