Andrew brings wide and varied business experience to Realise Performance. Andrew started his business career as an accountant in both private practice and a public company. His career developed into more people and business development related fields. He was a success business consultant and executive coach, delivering business and personal growth programs to government organisations and private enterprise.
Andrew believes the most powerful influence in creating a positive business culture is to have leaders at all levels of the business. Many people are good technicians and get promoted to a leadership role, yet receive none or very little training in how to be an effective leader.
Since 2001 he became a student of human behaviour, particularly how the behaviour of one person motivates changes in others. Positive behaviour change impacts organisations in a big way and quite often the small changes have the most impact.
Andrew’s role at Realise Performance involves speaking to organisations about the impact positive leadership and providing strategic HR advice to help aged care providers build a workforce for the future.
